Haitian Government sees rebuilding effort going enormously well

Is this your opinion as well? Do you think the rebuilding effort so far has gone not well at all, to some how well, very well or enormously well?
As we can remember following the 2010 earthquake, foreign governments and humanitarian groups offered billions of dollars in reconstruction aid. Where has the money gone?
The Haitian government mentioned that since the earthquake, there has been a drop in the number of people living in settlements. the government said that the number of people living in camps has fallen to 146,000. Their accomplishment include they constructed more than 5,000 homes; they managed to bring more than 700,000 tourists for the past year and distributed over 55,000 seed kits to farmers and economic growth.

YES FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS AND HUMANITARIAN GROUPS OFFERED BILLIONS OF DOLLARS BUT A BIG PART OF THAT MONEY GOES TO THE LIVING EXPENSES OF THOSE GROUPS (UN, MINUSTAH, AND OTHERS) THAT ARE SITTING IN HAITI, THEIR SALARY THAT'S GOING TO THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS, COMES FROM IT. SOME OF THEM SHOULD GO BACK TO THEIR COUNTRIES THEN THE GOVERNMENT WOULD HAVE MORE MORE MONEY FOR THE
