Pregnant women are at higher risk for Mosquito bite

One specific group of people who usually has more than her fair share of mosquito bites are pregnant women. Study has revealed that a pregnant woman is twice more likely to receive mosquito bites than the general population. Studies prove that pregnant women exalt on average 20 percent more Carbone dioxide than the average person and that alone is a very attractive to mosquitos. In addition, the body of a woman is on average 1.26 degree warmer when carrying an unborn child and study revealed that a higher body temperature in human will attract more mosquito.
