Is th Haitian Government bankrupted? It seems like it if you heard the last comment made by Daly Valet. According to the advisor for President Jocelerme Privert, none of the advisors to the president has received any salary since he came into power. Daly Valet declared on Radio vision 2000 on Thursday, May 5, 2016 that the advisors did not receive even one gourde for their services. He also informed the listeners that all the ministries are currently running a budget deficit. According to Mr. Valet, the predictions were over estimated with all spending for current fiscal year already made by the government of Michel Martelly.
Daly Valet came out to explain to the public where the government is heading. According the Special Adviser to President Jocelerme Privert, the government has two main objectives. On the one hand, the government wants to open a dialogue with the various political actors and various sectors of civil society for the implementation of the Verification Commission. On the other hand, the government is looking for a national dialogue, with at goal to establish a sustainable social pact of political stability and economic development for Haiti.

Daly Valet went further to say that Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe Laurent Lamothe has been the most powerful Haitian Prime Minister since the adoption of the Constitution of 1987.

Do you think that Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe is is the Most powerful Prime Minister of Haiti?
According to Daly, the new government is rather a government of closure, from Tèt Kale to Tèt Kale. I have also heard that this new Government shake-up was made in a way to have control over the next Presidential election of 2016.
