Brother Ephrem Le-Mat, who was the director of Institution Saint-Louis de Gonzague during the expansion phase of 1970s, built a new campus on a land in Delmas' suburb region. This land was acquired previously and after the completion of the new campus, the secondary school was permanently moved to the new location. The primary school has also been moved to the new campus after the country was hit by the devastating earthquake of 2010. The primary school has 400 enrollments and consists of 6 grades with 3 sections in each grade. The secondary school on the other hand has 1000 students and are divided in sections which are green, red, purple, yellow and blue. The division of section takes place as per grade.

The 7th grade has 250 students which shrinks down to 100 students in final grade. The final grade or the Philosophical class has only three sections which include green, red and blue. Institution Saint-Louis de Gonzague has a reputation of very tough grading. Until 1998, the directing roles of the school were held only by religious members. 1998 to 2009, the managerial roles were assigned to non-religious people too. However, after 2009, the school again resumed its religious-only management structure. Though 2010 earthquake actually led the authorities to move the primary school to the new campus, the earthquake actually demolished both campuses completely and today the school classes are held in tents.
