RE: Canada to stop funding new aid projects in Haiti, said Julian Fantino

I think that the minister is right.

Haiti should be able to help itself and the cleaning initiative is one good example among many others.One should never leave the Haitian government manege any foreign aid as the previous government the help will never go where it should.
