New salary scale for Haitian teachers proposed

There is Lycee St Joseph in L'Asile, Haiti.

It is a school without water and bathroom.

L'Asile needs a better management in that school for the children to be preserve from deseases.

Please Lycee St Joseph needs help.

Other sujection: for a person to be a magistrat he or she needs to have a Bachelor or Master degree in management.

I am talking about the provinces.

a Magistrat should be in top to control his or her community for example: the environment of the community.

etc.
