Mass Looting at the National Palace last Night

It has been reported that the night following the resignation of President Michel Martelly, there has been mass looting at National Palace. It has been reported that this morning, Monday February 8, between 1:00AM and 2:00AM a group of individual came into the National palace left by the President and tool with them everything that have value, including officials vehicles, computers, expensive paintings, and anything of value found.

the national palace has it own guard USGPN and a special team. how could people enter and looting.
