Everyone has a price.

I see nine people who have the opportunity to make some good money with these positions.

My friends, remember that ninty nine percent of people in Haiti has a price.

There are only few people that you can not buy and I wan to inform you none of them are currently involved in Haitian politic.

The only thing with these nine members of the CTCEP is that their sticker prices are not hanging outside.

In order to see how much to pay for each of them to buy them you have to pull their sticker prices hanging inside their of their bras or jackets.

Unfortunately, the government of Martelly has that information.

It was a prerequisite for their employment
