Senator Andris Riché proposed change in the Provisional Electoral Council

In his presentation, Senator Andris Riché had proposed a change of two members in the Provisional Electoral Council--a representative of the Parliament and one of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ). He also suggested the maintenance of Me Néhémy Joseph (Senate) and Léopold Berlanger (CSPJ) in the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).
Senator Riché's proposal is consistent with the El Rancho agreement. This is according to the article seven of the agreement. However, the maintenance of the two, Me Néhémy Joseph (Senate) and Léopold Berlanger (CSPJ), has also brought controversy, since the two refused to take their oaths due to different reasons. Both of them tried to explain the reason as to why they didn't take their oaths but their letters are yet to be responded.
It has been only three months since the El Rancho agreement, and the implementation of article seven seems to have taken shape with the majority support, but this is subject to G6 members.
