Enex Jean-Charles Has Made It as Prime Minister of Haiti

Enex Jean-Charles (born 18 July 1960) is a seasoned lawyer and administrative law professor; he is a long time advisor of several presidents. He has remained behind the scenes in the National Palace for years since the rule of Presidents Boniface Alexandre (March 2004 to June 2006). Jean Charles served as the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, with the rank of minister. He was a member of Rene Préval's private cabinet (December 2007 to May 2011); and more recently, served as an adviser to Martelly (since June 2011). Before becoming the new Prime minister, he was one of Privert's advisers and a member in the ministerial cabinet as Minister of Planning and External Cooperation in the eventual government of Fritz-Alphonse Jean. He has many published scholarly articles and papers to his credit. He is a well known figure in the international community of professors, politicians, community leaders.
