This film Assistance Mortelle or Fatal Assistance in English, from Raoul Peck tried to investigate the reported billions of dollars in foreign aid that were supposed to be sent to Haiti as support for the people of Haiti. There are lots of questions as to where all that money went and who really benefited from all that aids.

I would like to thank Mr Raoul Peck for this remarkable job.
I would also like to suggest to my Haitian people, in general, the way you present yourself is the way others will help you.
I paid close attention to the matter and what I have observed: Absence of the Preval's government and humanitarianism among the Haitian population.
Haitians chronicle mental disease is relied on the International subvention.
It is time to change our bad manners.
Haitians, Haiti is the priority.
