In the meantime, Raymond Vincent who is a youth pastor at a Pompano church and friend of the girl's family was suspected in committing the crime but left South Florida for Haiti.
U.S. Marshalls flew to Port-au-Prince and returned with Raymond Vincent, a youth pastor at a Pompano Beach Church
Working with the Haitian National Police, U.S. Marshals located and arrested Vincent in June, 2016.
