PHTK agents voted often and multiple times in Haiti Election

According to several news sources in the media, Parti Haitien Tet Kale (PHTK) was involved ballot stuffing on Election day. They purchased ten of thousand of trafficked cards from accredited organizations and Mandates. It was also reported that paid agents or fanatics were voting multiple times on election day. The decision of the CEP to issue close to 14,000 accreditation cards to each political party was criticized. Many of these organizations were not politically neutral.

It is also a fact in Haiti history that violence and manipulation of the electoral process is often orchestrated by the government itself. During the election, the government is often the group that is involved in violence as it has the monopoly of violence. The government will often use whatever necessary to win.

It looks like Jean Bertrand Aristide will win the Election

What if Moise Jean Charles and Maryse Narciss go to run-off? - Many experts made it clear that the contest for the presidency of Haiti is between four candidates, Jude Celestin, Moise Jean Charles, Jovenel Moise and Maryse Narcisse. Have you asked the question: What if the two candidates who are qualified for the run off election scheduled for December 27, 2015 are Moise Jean Charles and Maryse Narcisse?

This is definitely something to think about as it is a possibility. Until the last week before the election, only three candidates were really in the race to win the presidency, Jude Celestin, Moise Jean Charles and Jovenel Moise. However Jean Bertrand Aristide has one more time demonstrated to many that he is a force not to be denied. His public support to Maryse Narcisse on the last week before the election has made a major effect. She is now counted as one of the possible winners to be qualified for the run off.

Haiti Election Results Expected on November 3, 2015

Unlike most countries, if you are waiting for the election results in Haiti, you will have to be patient. It was just announced that the second round of legislative and first round of presidential and municipal elections will not be published until November 3, 2015 or exactly 10 days after the election.

Electoral officials announced partial results to be published within 10 days; but final results wouldn't be available until the end of November.

Election officials have pleaded for calm and patience. The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) asks the media and the observers not to give any result before that time in order not to cause disturbance in the country

Former President Jean Bertrand Aristide came back to the public scene a week before the general election in Haiti to support the candidate for the Political Party Fanmi lavalas, Maryse Narcisse. Before the public support received by Aristide, the campaign of Maryse Narcisse was to some extent struggling and many did not see her as a real contender.

In Ecole National Bokozel in Bokozel, St Marc, armed bandits entered two voting centers and took some ballot boxes with them. Some of the ballots, empty and completed were later found in the street near by.

Haiti Election Day(October, 25, 2015), Timeline of events

Here is what took place during the election in Haiti on October 25, 2015. There was a general satisfaction from every sector of the population on how the events of the day took place. Form the CEP, to Haiti Police force, government, observers and the general population, everyone seems to be for the most part satisfied.

The turn out by the population was very high, much better than the previous election. Haitian Police proceeded in conducting a total of 234 arrests. A total of 13 guns were captured, along with 4 vehicles in irregular situation. One Police officer was placed in isolation because some mendates belonging to political parties were found on him.

Is there any truth to the Polls taken for Haiti Election?

The only thing I can conclude so far as a result of these polls is that these people don't have a clue of what is really going on with the Haitian voters. recent poll by Florida-based Integrated Communications and Research gives candidate Jovenel Moïse a 7.7 percentage-point lead over second-place candidate Jude Célestin. An other one conducted by the Research Office in Computer Science and Economic and Social Development (BRIDES) gave Jude Célestin the lead followed by Moise Jean Charles.

What do you think is likely to happen on voting day in Haiti?

It seems like more preparations have been done to make sure that on Sunday everything runs smoothly. Whether or not there is a hurricane, earthquake, or any other natural disaster, the election will take place.

The CEP, Haiti National Police, MINUSTAH, The Executive branch comprising of both President Michel Martelly and Prime Minister Evans Paul, the international community, all have been focusing on one thing, assuring the public that the first round of Presidential election in Haiti will be different than that conducted few months ago. More Police presence, more coordination with various organizations that will be monitoring the election. Even more importantly, the delegate problem seems to be under control as a new plan was developed where they will provide supervision on a rotating basis and that all political parties will be represented.

Why is Rene Preval so quiet on the candidacy of Jude Celestin?

As we are counting down to election day in Haiti, the truth can no longer be hidden. We are now in a position to see whether or not all these political parties were legitimate or some type of cover up to increase chances or just a way to make a quick buck. The latest consolidation came from Platform Verite that has decided to support the candidacy of Jude Celestin or president.

Out of those seen so far, this can be considered as the most meaningful. You can't stop me from asking the obvious question which is: Does Rene Preval has anything to do with this?

Carline Viergelin officially installed at the CEP

Carline Viergelin citizen has been designated to replace me Néhémy Joseph who resigned as councilor unwilling, he said in a letter to the CEP, pour illegally.

Even after the swearing of Carline Viergelin representing the peasant / voodoo sectors at the CEP, some in the voodoo sector insisted that she does not represent them at the Provisional Electoral Council. Organizations such as "Koze Pèp" and "Tet Kole ti peyizan Ayisyen" said that they have made no choice since the resignation of Nehemy Joseph.
