Jean Max Bellerive named Chief of Staff to President Jocelerme Privert

Jocelerme Privert named former Prime Minister under Rene Préval, Jean Max Bellerive, to become his Chief of Staff. The announce came first in the radio show "Vision 2000 a L'Ecoute" by radio talk show host Valery Numa.
