Forced Divorce between Michel Martelly and Laurent Lamothe

Although it doesn't guarantee that this action will resolve the crisis between the government and the opposition who have been getting some strength and success in organizing mass protest, at this point the government doesn't have too many options left before January 12, 2014.

In all honesty, we can all conclude that the beautiful relation between Michel Martelly and Laurent Lamothe will come to an end.

My question now is: will the divorce be friendly or contested?

So far, the two sides have decided to proceed with the divorce but to remain friend.

For how long? I have seen inseparable political marriages in the past that did not end very well, namely Jean Bertrand Aristide and Rene Preval.
