NGOs and Religious Organizations selling Haitian Misery- Only in Haiti

In following-up with the series on NGOs and Religious Organizations selling Haitian Misery, the question that comes to mind is: What good does that serves to humiliate the Haitian people?

There is a Haitian proverb that says: "Si Ou pa ka bam, Pa Kraze Kwy moin", If you can't give me, do not break my dish.

What I realized is that only in Haiti this kind of things can be done.

I have been living in the United States for a long, long time and I dare you to film or take pictures of people in their most intimate or private moment as easily as those International organization do to Haitians in Haiti.

I notice for instance in the United States, when you are interviewing someone or want to know about their live, there are certain preparations that take place. Most of the people in this country are often interviewed with a bookshelf on the background. If they are in their living room or kitchen, everyone is clean, well dressed, and on his best behavior.

Why is it different in Haiti. Is it because Haiti is like a "Savane". Are we a group of "Swal San Met" or "Pitimi San Gador"

Here are some more pictures:

Does these NGOs or Religious Organizations tell any of these people in these photos or videos exactly what the photos are going to be used for or ask for permission to use them? The Haitian government needs to play its role and establish certain guidelines. The idea that Haiti is a "free for all Land" can not continue.
