haiti's problem

can anyone tell me why haiti suffer so much past and present?

are we all at fault?or is it some of us?or is it the past heads of state?

or just the fact that we are a small nation who try and achieve something that never happened before and may never happened again.

Or maybe we need to understand that we only have two hundreds years as the first nation born in culture of slavery, the first nation with many different colors.

France for exemple had many revolution before the become who they are today.

please tell my history( please remember we never finish pay France for the blood of our father till 1949)
