Candidacy of Jacky Lumarque of VERITE rejected by CEP

According to the CEP, the candidate of VERITE did not provide a dischage certificate for his management as Coordinator of the Working Group on Education and Training (GTEF). The letters from the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC/CA) demonstrated that the candidacy of Jacky Lumarque was approved without a standard-level décharge.
The team for Jacky Lumarque argued that he did not need a certificat de decharge although at the same time a request was made to obtain one. Several critics accused the Provisional Electoral Council of Pierre Louis Opont of bending its own rules to allow Lumarque in the race.

what happened to the "this decision is final and no changes will be made??" I guess Jacky didn't pay enough hush money! What a farce this is!! Just erase and start again-this time open it up to all who wants to participate.
Let the people decide who the next easily swayed, soon to be corrupt President will be! It must be something in the water in Haiti! C'est
That proofs the fact this kep have no credibility to organize the election, to many mistakes had already
