Juste and many thousands of Haitian protestors are calling for a commission to inquire into what the polling conditions were like on Election Day, and also to review the tabulation process. The CEP, as expected, is not cooperating.

Juste, a resident of Miami, has dominated the Haitian music scene as a socially-conscious singer and songwriter, known throughout the Diaspora for her poignant lyrics celebrating Haiti's uniqueness and also its troubling past, under the heinous dictatorships of rulers like Papa Doc and Baby Doc Duvalier, a brutal regime of 30 years duration.
