This is preliminary information obtained by Haiti Observer. We just learned that Ralph Theano, the minister in charge of relations with Parliament, had quite a difficulty at the Haitian Parliament today (April4, 2013).

Minister in charge of Relations with the Parliament had been declared persona non grata by parliamentary associated with PRI

According to information retrieved from both Radio Vision 2000 and Radio Kiskeya, Minister in charge of relations with Parliament was not allowed to be present at a parliamentary session. Instead Ralph Theano was escorted out of the building on the order of the President of the Chamber of Deputy, Mr. Deputy Jean Tolbert ALEXIS

I was informed that several members of PRI demanded that he leaves the room. Deputy Arnel Belizaire was shoved by the bodyguards of Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe.
