On Wednesday, July 3, 2013, Marc Arthur Phebe who has been pointed out as being the executor of Brandt's kidnapping ring was in front of the Court of Appeal in Port-au- Prince.

He was asked about the nature of his relationship with Brandt and the information he has regarding the kidnapping of two young Moscoso on October 16, 2012 in Bourdon.

College Soeurs de La Charite de Saint-Louis de Bourdon or St Louis de Bourdon

Collège Soeurs de La Charité de Saint-Louis de Bourdon or St Louis de Bourdon is a Roman Catholic Institution held privately. Located at the central point between Petionville and Port-au-Prince in the Bourdon borough of Haiti, the school has always followed the education system that has long prevailed in Haiti. Thus, St Louis de Bourdon offers both primary and secondary schools. The primary school includes grade K to grade 6 while the secondary schools extends from grade 7 to philosophy grade.

The Collège Soeurs de La Charité de Saint-Louis de Bourdon or St Louis de Bourdon was founded by a France based congregation called Sisters of Charity of St. Louis. The person who played the instrumental role in founding the congregation in 1803 was Marie Louise Elizabeth de Lamoignon. The goal of the ever expanding congregation was to impart education to young women globally and the same goal led the congregation to open the college in Haiti.

Clifford Brandt Arrest Uncovers Network Abduction Operation

The Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) arrested Clifford Brandt, a businessman and entrepreneur, accused of kidnapping two youths, Coralie and Nicolas Moscoso. They were abducted on Bourdon Road. The kidnapping laid bare a network of abductors, who have been targeting victims for abduction for many years.

The arrest occurred on October 16, 2012 by the Cell Against Kidnapping and Criminal Brigade of the Haitian National Police (HNP). Five other suspects connected to the abduction were also taken into custody.

The abduction network has spread to the HNP. Senior command police officers and inspectors, past and present, have been implicated in abduction plots across Haiti. In particular, Inspector Edner Comé is being actively pursued, considered armed and dangerous.

First Marriott Hotel to open in Turgeau, Haiti in 2014, thanks to Bill Clinton and DIGICEL

The bell ringing that "Haiti is open for Business" sounded very loud this week as Marriott International announced that it will open its first hotel in the area of Turgeau in Port-au-Prince Haiti. The 173-room, $45 million Marriott Hotel is expected to be open in 2014.

With some convincing work coming on the part of Former US President Bill Clinton and DIGICEL Team, Marriott International has decided to be among the first in the revival of Haiti after the 2010 earthquake in the area of tourism.

The new Marriott in Port-au-Prince will be able to provide needed jobs to the population and lodging for the tourist industry which is expected to take off within the next few years in Haiti. The Hotel is to be equipped with restaurants and meeting space for non-government organizations, relief agencies and other groups.
