why are there so many Black Owned Mega Churches but no Mega businesses?
Have you ever wondered why there are so many Mega Churches owned by Black people? This video I found on Youtube is a great inspiration and I thought it was a good idea to share it with you. Dr Boyce Watkins actually came up with the idea as to how we can use the same method to build wealth in our community. He talks about building black owned businesses, investors and so.
Here are some answers provided by Dr Boyce Watkins

Legal Expert Says 2011 Constitution Does Not Endanger Voodoo Faith
An on-going debate over whether the practice of voodoo is being threatened by the amended 1987 Constitution has stirred the embers of its practitioners' fears.
Voodoo, brought to Haiti by Congolese slaves, became entrenched in Haitian culture, early in its history.
In 1935, under the rule of Stenio Vincent, the 1935 Decree Law defined voodoo as a superstitious belief system and banned the practice of it. For over 50 years, the Decree Law was not tampered with. By 1987, though, the amended Constitution struck down the Decree Law with Article 297, invalidating the definition of voodoo as a superstitious practice. A presidential decree on April 4, 2003, further legitimized the voodoo faith. But in May 2011, Article 297 was annulled, and has given rise to fears that voodooists would suffer persecution for their beliefs.
From Hope to Faith within Christianity
Two ideas of hope exist: secular and religious
Secular hope, asserts whatever we desire we can achieve through faith in ourselves; the second that our desires will be achieved through our faith in God.
Religious hope issues from the promises given by God to His followers in the Bible, and to all believers in God's promises for us.
Secular hope and biblical hope begin with a yearning within us for something good and pleasurable. In secular hope, desires can be achieved through a belief system (are we worthy of this good); directed thinking (a plan put into action); and opening up to opportunities and possibilities (how we will achieve the desire).
