Arnel Belizaire's Criminal record does not qualify him as victim

Belizaire, it is a shock how someone with such a record can become a Deputy of a
country.
Arnel Belizaire has quite an interesting record. According to information found online,
Belizaire was arrested on Sept. 14, 1995, for breach of trust or embezzlement. He was
released a few days later.
US immigration detained Anel Bélizaire at the Krome center in Florida starting in 1998
for entering the U.S. illegally. The US immigration has its record under "Anel",
instead of "Ernel". However, the detainee carried out a hunger strike there in 1999 and
2000 for a long period of time.
Arnel Belizaire was arrested again on October 14, 2004, for possession of automatic
weapons. According to authorities, he escaped from prison during a mass prison break on
Feb. 19, 2005.
On July 2nd, 2005, according to information provided to the "Haitian Joudalist" Arnel
Belizaire by authorities in the Dominican Republic for auto theft and weapon
possession. He was extradited to Haiti and spent some time at the National Penitentiary

Une fois les informations fournissent sont de charactere positif on pourrait avancer que le depute en question ne pourrait pas considerer comme victime.
En ce ce qui a trait a son arrestation, tout le monde pouvait etre arreter! mais il y a toute une procedure pour y parvenir.

However, Arnel Belizaire shouldn't be the only one to go thru that, anyone who wants an electoral job should be subject to a deep background
