Roro Nelson, now a fugitive sougth by INTERPOL

Roro Nelson is now a fugitive from Haitian justice, fleeing from custody. He is a wanted person. Government Commissioner Danton Leger was shocked to see Roro Nelson on Television participating in the Haitian musical event in Miami, Florida recently.

After more than 20 complaints against him with several court invitations left answered, Government Commissioner Danton Leger had issued an Arrest warrant against Roro Nelson. However; like many people, he was surprised to see Roro Nelson in Miami, performing with former President Michel Martelly. Mr. Leger intends to seek the help of The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) to capture Roro Nelson and bring him to justice

Andre Michel no longer a Fugitive, is now free to move

Without Explanation, I just heard that the famous Political activist André Michel has been removed from the list of most wanted. He is now free go about his business.

Andre Michel was arrested, accused of obstructing justice after refusing to allow police and the district attorney to search his vehicle.

One might think that some of the events that took place on the day of his court presentation was orchestrated as the opposition mentioned.

If you remember, several Senators were accused for interfering with the judicial process after a crowd stormed into the court house passed police, freed him from custody

Me Andre Michel, a fugitive according to Me Francisco Rene

According to Haitian authorities, the Human rights lawyer, Me Andre michel is now a fugitive of the law. Government Commissioner, René Francisco, stated that lawyer Andre Michel became a fugitive from the moment he decided to flee the courthouse without a release order.

The Haitian government put out a statement saying: "by voluntarily accepting the help of three parliamentarians accomplice to escape the courthouse while he was under the orders of the court, the defendant is constituted as a fugitive"

Once again, i am sorry to ask my usual stupid questions. However, the moment I heard that Attorney Andre Michel has become a fugitive of the law, there are some questions that immediately came to mind:

Aide to Haiti's first lady, fugitive Karl Jean-Jeune, wanted in South Florida

Listed as an absconder/fugitive after an arrest for robbing a bank he worked in as a teller in 2007, Karl Jean-Jeune, aide to Haiti's first lady Sophia Martelly, tweeted his whereabouts to his followers and consequently the Florida Department of Corrections.

In early 2008 Jean-Jeune was sentenced to six year's probation for stealing nearly $30,000 from the Lake Worth Bank, a sum he was also ordered to pay back. While the nature of his sentencing didn't prohibit him from travelling within the U.S. it was from a Caribbean summit held in Port-au-Prince, after a riveting musical performance he witnessed, where Jean-Jeune unwittingly disclosed his abscondment to the public and his location to the U.S. authorities.
