According to my sources, the swearing in of Michel Martelly will take place next to the Haitian Parliament building. A stage is being built by the United Nations at the bicentenaire for that.
The Te Deum will be at the ruins of Haiti National Palace. Three podiums are currently being built there for the officials and a dozen of foreign dignitaries. The president-elect will address the nation at the National Palace.
After the ceremony, a reception is to take place at the Karibe Convention Center.
All the arrangements including greeting of foreign dignitaries, accommodation, transport and security, are currently in progress

I can't beleive that at this point in life, the 21st century, that we still can not leave the negative way of thinking behind.
First we needed change, we got change.
than we said that Marthely couldn't pass as president, well, he did. Now, all we got to say is keep feeding the air with negative vibes?
