Court confirmed Osner Fevry Junior committed suicide

In regard to the death of Osner Fevry Junior, the Haitian court has spoken. The son of Haitian attorney Osner Fevry has committed suicide.

The judgement from the court support the original finding by the Police that Osner Fevry Junior (Nico) committed suicide on July 1, 2014.

In the meantime, Mr. Fevry continues to reject the conclusion that his son killed himself

History:
On July 1, 2014, the son of Attorney osner Fevry, Osner Fevry Junior (Nico) , who was 34 years old, was found dead in an area in Kenskoff, close to his house. Haitian Plice had concluded that Osner Fevry Junior had committed suicide. A gun found near was confirmed that the gun belongs to the deceased.

Osner Fevry Jr., Lawyer and Diplomat at the Haitian Embassy in Japan Found Dead

Osner Fevry Jr. 33 years old, was a lawyer and diplomat working in the Haitian embassy in Japan. He was found dead on 1st July at night near his family's home. He had a bullet in his head, and it was suspected it was either a suicide, or he was shot dead. He had come home for a one month visit from Japan.

His body was found by police in a dug-up rock in Petionville. Near his body was a 9mm caliber pistol, so the police suspected the incident to be suicide. Osner Fevry was a famous lawyer, as well as adviser to Laurent Lamothe, the Prime Minister. He was the eldest son and was working in the Haitian Embassy in Tokyo. He had visited his family for a month before returning to Tokyo, Japan. The Fevry family became worried after he went missing a day earlier.
