Action Plan Two Months before the Wedding

If you've followed through on your action plans in phase one and two for your wedding day, you're ready for phase three.
Complete addressing your wedding invitations. Do not put off this task until the last moment. You want to avoid becoming frantic as the day draws near, and other tasks such as fittings and shopping for your honeymoon wardrobe take precedence.
If you're having a more formal wedding, you need to start planning a luncheon or brunch--if you prefer--for your bridesmaids. You want this luncheon to acknowledge their participation in your wedding, and any other contributions they may have made, such as throwing a bridal shower.
Begin plans for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Again, this is to thank your bridal party for their participation in making your wedding day memorable and special.
Set a time for you and your fiancé to go and obtain your marriage license. You can also choose the same date to get blood tests done, if legally mandated by your state.
Make an audio-video recording of wedding gifts that have arrived to play at the bridesmaids' luncheon, or any pre-wedding event considered appropriate.
Choose what kind of wedding cake you want for your wedding reception, according to your budget. Pick a reputable bakery whose references are impeccable. You don't want your reception ruined by a collapsed cake, or one that has not been thoroughly de-frosted. Order and get confirmation by email of the date of delivery.
