The Conseil Electoral Provisoire(CEP) has become a place where life is unsustainable.

After the sudden resignation of Gunette Cherubin, Gaillot Dorsinvil seems to be thinking about resigning as well

There is a rumor announcing that the CEP President Gaillot Dorsinvil has already submitted his resignation letter.

The "Haitian Joudalist" believes that Mr. Gaillot Dorsinvil, made his mind to resign his position as president of CEP when he recently sent the email to the a senior official of the Embassy of the United States regarding the announcement of final results of the second round.
