New Senator INITE, Jean-Baptiste Bien-Aime, against New Haitian Army

The new Senator of North East has declared that the creation of a new army in Haiti is not necessary.

The new senator has instead proposed to reinfore the existing Police force in Haiti to assume the function of a military force and work toward becoming more professional.

As Mr. Bien-Aime remarked, the Haitian military has a history of abusing the Haitian population.

He does not feel that a new military force will react any differently.

The new haitian Senator Jean-Baptiste Bien-Aime was a consul of Dajabon in the Dominican Republic.
