I don't see why not, We did just that in Liancourt with no gorvernment help, just the community, local ant international.

The rest of Haiti knows nothing
about it. Last year the syster's added the first secondary classes.

The model is still around, the pastor of the Catholic church in Liancourt, can give it to anyone who want to do the same.
