RE: Estimation 650, 000 Haitians Affected By Cholera

Why Ban Ki moon is not talking about the fact that cholera was brought to Haiti by his UN soldiers.

If he wants to help Haiti with the cholera issue, he can start by sending the UN force from Haiti.

Then he can talk about providing medical personnel.
