it is positive or negative to Rene Preval?

On the positive side, this information revealde that Rene Preval is after all is a nationalist, someone who loves his country and wants to remain in it after he becomes a regular citizen.

In most other countries, this is a given.

In addition, Preval is seen as someone who does not trust and micromanage.

In the case of Haiti, i think it is a good thing.
