IN POLITIC I DONT KNOW HOW WE CALL THAT, IN HAITI LES AUTRES ADMINISTRATIONS NE FONCTIONNENT PAS VRAIMENT EXCEPT THE LEGISLATIVE ;THAT ONE IS EFFECTIVE BECAUSE THE BIG BOSS FINANCE THEM .WHERE THIS COUNTRY CALL HAITI WILL DEFINETELY DEVELOP.
