How do you illegally arrest a convicted felon who allegedly broke out of jail?

It is said that Mr. Belizaire has a "rap sheet" as long as a roll of toilet paper, in America he wouldn't even be allowed to vote let alone becoming a Mayor (ou Depute).

If true, that "thing" should be in jail for a very long time and the president shouldn't have to apologize to no one for throwing his as...

in jail where he belongs.

Some of you claimed that he was elected by the poeple but you keep forgetting to mention one thing: elected under false pretense...

In such situation, when discovered, usually the elected person goes to an impeachment process, faces jail time depending on the offense he/she was accused of.
Mr. Martelly is the Commander in Chief, whether you like it or not and as such has the right to order the arrest of anyone he feels is a threat to the country.

Mr. Belizaire is a Depute and will have his day in court to plead his case
