So much for Haiti's sovereignty.

Canada, a foreign country will help Haiti recount Election Ballots.

According to Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister, Lawrence Cannon, they have offered to take part in an international effort to oversee the recount of ballots in Haiti following the chaotic election of November 28. The foreign Affairs Minister of Canada stated "There is an opportunity of a mixed international committee that would be put in place to be able to go and supervise the recount of the ballots," "Canada has offered its cooperation, and we're waiting to get additional information on that."
