RE: Will Jean-Claude Duvalier Be Arrested Today?

I think the person who should be arrested is rene preval, he the most stupid idiot to be president of Haiti, there's more kidnapping, zenglendou,kadejak and insecurity from his power, for two terms as president he did nothing for the nation, more trouble, our people still under the tent, he's the one that Jean Claude should asked the International Trubunal to be arrest, rene preval is the one to give some explanations to Jean Claude Duvalier for what he did to Haiti.
