RE: Haitian Students Face Off with Police over the death of Damael d'Haiti

I will not justify this behavior of the Haiti national Police for killing an innocent student.

However, this is the same Police force that usually work from 12 to 16 hours a day. Additionally, lack of equipments available for them. We need a better Police Force.

I will encourage that they conduct a psychiatric test on all Police Officers in Haiti on a yearly basis
