There two do not recognize the authority of Michel Martelly as President of Haiti or Laurent Lamother for Prime Minister

Senator Moise jean Charles Senator Francky Exius said neuther Michel Martelly nor Laurent Lamothe are legitimate in their position.

They based their position on the fact that Michel Martelly and Laurent Lamothe are under investigation
