How can the Dominicans get away with Ethnic cleansing?

The world we are living in is not any better today than it was in the previous century.

At a time where almost every society is accepting the fact that we are all equal, regardless of race, origin, religious affiliation and that we all deserve the same rights, how can the world is watching quietly the Dominicans engaging in Ethnic cleansing against the Haitians living in their country?

For those who think that this doesn't concern them or it will never happen to them, I have something for them if it happens to Haitians now, it can happen to you tomorrow
