The Haitian-Dominican problem can't be solved

I want to repeat this that the current Haitiano Dominican problem will likely be with us for a long time to come. Do you really think that the Dominican Government would want for Haiti to get its act together and start competing economically with them. As it stands now, the Dominicans have the entire island to produce various products to. At the same time, they are only responsible to provide services to half of them. They couldn't have it any better

The people we need to go after are not the Dominicans.

We need to start becoming more demanding to those Haitian politicians once they get into power make their fortune by selling the country to the Dominicans
