Rene Preval and Jude Celestin, a third presidency

I think if we end up with Jude Celestin, we will have anoter Rene Preval term as president

What has Preval accomplished so far for spending close to 15 years in office: 10 as president and at least 5 as prime Minister.

This is looking more and more like a dictatorship to me
