Haitian the highest approving population for U.S. job performance and leadership

It would have been interesting to also ask the Haitian population whether or not they approve the way the U.S. has been working with current government in Haiti? is it likely that the government of Michel Martelly will receive an approval rating of 71 percent just like the U.S? Behind Haiti, the country with the second highest approval of U.S. policies and leadership was Costa Rica. The survey also noticed a huge boost in approval from Mexico. One country where the U.S. say a decrease in popularity was Colombia. The drop had to do with backlash against the U.S.-Colombia Free Trade Agreement. The lowest approval rating was by Argentina, at 23 percent.
The survey also found an overall increase in U.S. leadership in the region. From 2012 to 2013, there has been an increase of 40 percent. The biggest increase for the United states cane immediately after Barack Obama first came in office.
The survey conducted by the Gallup had for objective to assess the perception of the people living in various countries in the region and was part of a worldwide results, which asked residents of 130 countries whether they approved or disapproved the job performed by U.S.

not totally right for Haiti.
the government plays a complex game with one of the conflicting country of LA, Venezuela.
the government is in favor of Maduro and participates (with the president) in the LA movement against the OAS (the Cuban forum).
