All I know is that the real contest was with Fritz Jean and Edgar Leblanc. However, based on the information obtained so far, it appears that Mr. Fritz Jean has wan.

Who can accuse Haitian politic for not being interesting? After Prime Minister Evans Paul and many other pro PHTK supporters who who have been openly attacking President Jocelerme Privert, now is the turn of the Senator of Artibonite, Youri Latortue. According to the Senator, there is a secret agreement that exists between the Provisional President Jocelerme Privert and Edgar Leblanc who came close second in the election by the Haitian Senate for the nomination of the Provisional President that took place recently. According to Youri Latortue, the agreement was that Privert would become President with Edgar Leblanc placed as Prime Minister.

Senator Jean Baptiste Bien-Aime is crying out for vigilance following some huge financial transactions ordered by government officials who were only supposed to be liquidating current affairs. According to the Senator, he has in his possession several financial transactions made by the Minister of Finance, Wilson Laleau, that raise lots of questions. Here are some of the transactions:

On February 18, ONA Director requested to transfer 500 million of gourdes from BRH to account number: 1021011301898 in Unibank.

Also on February 18, ONA ordered the transfer of One Billion of gourdes from BRH to account number 131669799 belonging to ONA

A note of caution to those seeking visa to emigrate in the United States. There is a major scam on the internet where a group of racketeers is claiming that it can provides people living in Haiti with U.S. VISA and Scholarships. On February 22, 2016, the US Embassy in Haiti put out a press release to inform the Haitian population about this Fraud attempt. The group has been using Sophia Martelly's name claiming that they can provide visas and scholarships to study in the United States. Specifically, the group is using the email address: ambassadeamericaine.haiti@yahoo.com / unmaria51@gmail.com with contact person named Samuel at +509-3990-6218. These are fake contact information and their claim to provide visas and scholarships to study in the United States is not true.

The Director of Radio Vision 2000 is back in the CEP. He was designated by several organizations of Haitian media to represent them. Among the organizations involved in his selection, we find: the Assossiation National of Haitian Media (ANMH) headed by Mr. Herold Jean Francois. According to Prime minister Evans Paul, the accord signed between Jocelerme Privert and Michel Martelly specifically refers to the continuation of the election process and that translates into the organization of the run off election between Jovenel Moise and Jude Celestin. The Prime Minister went on to say that Privert was the principal writer of the agreement which must be strictly respected

Prime Minister Evans Paul is re-positioning himself in the political landscape of Haiti. In an interview he gave to Marie Lucie Bonhomme Opont at radio Vision 2000 this morning, he clearly showed signs of opposition to the actual Provisional President Jocelerme Privert who he is still working for.
