The process of setting up a business in the country may take time but as long as you follow the guidelines, then there's nothing to worry about. When opening a business, you must deposit the required initial capital in the National Bank. You should also prepare company statuses that include articles and memorandum of association. There are other processes you have to undergo such as notarizing the company deeds, registering with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and getting authorization of operations. Moreover, there are necessary documents and licenses you must obtain in order to run a business in the country. And the important thing is to acquire them all before being able to legally open your business.
