CONATEL & State University Of Haiti (UEH) Sign Agreement

As per Guillaume's statement, the agreement will enhance the skill of the various faculties of the State University of Haiti through opening doors for practical implementation of their lessons learned. This will further amplify their voice on great national issues; they can participate with their potentials for the benefit of the country and act as key players in the process of modernizing a society. In an age of information technology and communication, the academic lessons and benefits of its subject matter cannot be ignored, they should be included as an integral part in the process of improving the quality of public service offered and policy undertaken.

The Rector, Jean Vernet Henry thanked CONATEL because he was happy to see that the alumni of the State University are getting the opportunity to solicit services which are within their framework of knowledge and learning and said that it is sad to watch that we often forget that the State University of Haiti is an institution capable of delivering public services. Rector, Jean welcomed the partnership between these two great public institutions and expressed his hope that other State entities would follow the same path of CONATEL.
