The Director of Conatel, Jean Marie Guillaume, said this week that he was concerned about the impact of internet calls made in Haiti via such devices like magicJack and Skype. He stated that use of internet for international calls has reached 44 millions between March and May of 2013

There ways to tax internet services.
The Haitian government needs to look into instituting them instead of trying to stop progress.
