Project of Housing Loan for Civil servants in Haiti.

This project is a proposition by the Ministry of Finance. The loans can only be used for home construction or home renovation. To make repayment easy, it will be taking directly from the employee's salary.

Once this is implemented, the Haitian housing market will enter a modern era of home financing. This is something the diaspora has substantial knowledge of. One thing the Haitian Diaspora often mentions is that you never really own a home except you are in Haiti.

Following the home financing, they will soon get use to other terms such as mortgage, home repossession, and others...
