Re: Port-au-Prince The Envy Of Caribbean, A 3.3 Billion Dollars Plan

R. Schomberg - August 13 2011, 8:18 PM

Presuming you meant the CITY of Port-au-Prince.

At nowadays market cost, $3.3 B seem a lot but the real dollar is only worth maybe 20%.

So all we'd be getting is in fact $.66 B. but we will be charged for $3.3 Billions at how much per cent?

What is then the interest on this amount?

How much of it does Haiti already own from International Reconstruction Contributions?

Who is the main lender?

After the loan, How much is Haiti expected to payback in yearly payback?

We better get some good Haitian accountants to control the expenses.

All these Senators who have their hands out ready to sell out their country...

Watch them...

Of these $3.3 B, how much is to be paid to the broker?

Where the hell are the Haitian news media?

You are always ready to mention nonsense.

Now that you are needed to look after the interest of your country, don't tell me you're wearing some wide skirts to hide away your tails between your legs. I challenge you to fulfill what is expected from you.

Somebody is getting ready to mortgage my country.

WOULDN'T IT BE BETTER TO LEAVE IT AS IS AND REBUILD PROGRESSIVELY THAN TO MORTGAGE THE COUNTRY TO AMERICAN CORPORATE.

They are only waiting for the first default to send in the marines.

Worse is they will go hook and/or crook to make sure we default; To add one more feather to their Indian Chief headset.

But the Spirits of the ancestors are watching over us and urge me to speak up. "WHITE SHARKS ARE TURNING AROUND THE BAIT (Haiti)".

WILL THE GOVERNMENT FALL FOR THEIR PROMISES?

Something else: " None of these Earthquake resistant buildings have ever seen the kind of earthquake Haiti has seen. As far as we know, they are merely experimental.

For Haitians to accept to deliver the Country as collateral is not a viable solution.

Everything looks always good on paper.

They might look great as finished product.

Put 7. anything on the Richter scale, and watch the "Card Castles fall" in "Domino effect" Then we will verify that: "The taller they are, the harder they fall".

There will be one excuse: "Act of God".

We will still owe for substandard materials which are waiting to be delivered to Haiti.

Who will assume the quality control?

Nobody controls American products outside the country.

PROMISES ARE CHEAP.

WE CAN EXPECT MUCH MORE THAN WE CAN AFFORD.

Then I just hope the greedy bastards will be inside when this happens.

I KNEW CLINTON IS A VULTURE...

TO THIS EXTENT I WOULD HAVE NEVER GUESSED.

Then again why not. You guys better read "Confessions of an economic Hitman" (By John Perkins) It will explain exactly what is going on. Especially how these Corporates operate.
