web site ridle with broken english

As Haitians we tend to make sure that our french is proper, So why are we not doing the same when it comes english?

I just read the article about North Miami's new chief of police.

Lord even the title is ridle with errors (Oath) not (Oat) he wasn't having breakfast he was being sworn into office.

This is just a sample.

the whole english portion of the site is clearly written by a person who hasn't assimilated the language properly and should not be writting.

Not to say that I have, but I'm not a writer.
