Quiero agradecer a ambos presidentes, y sobre todo al pueblo Dominicano quien facilitaron ese edificio.

Seguro que va atraer a ciertos expatriados quien hasta ahora podrian ya tener ningun interes en regresar.

La razon es simple y verdadera, que nadie quisiera regresar para sentarse.

Esta Universidad debera servir no solamente para atraer a los profesores pero tambien aumentar la capacidad intelectual de los estudiantes buscando un mejor porvenir.

Como dijó su excelencia el Presidente de la Republica Dominica, debera favorecer a los universitarios quien hasta ahora fueron a estudiar en paises extranjeros, incluiendo la Republica Dominicana.

Un saludo de agradecimiento especial a su excelencia, el Presidente de la Republica de Haiti el Señor Michel Joseph Martelli, quien por esta oportunidad fue a acoger su contraparte Dominicano, reconocer al obsequio y tambien mostrar con cuanta alegria nos tocamos recibir a nuestros Vecinos agradeciendoles para sus bondades y generosidades.

Quisa, al porvenir podremos con misma alegria devolver el bien hecho.
